HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PURCHASE?
You have 7 days to exchange your piece of jewelry. The jewelry must not been worn and should be in perfect condition. You should return your jewelry by mail for an exchange. Shipping charges both ways would be borne by the customer. You can exchange the jewelry for other pieces or a gift voucher. Follow the steps below to do so.

You should email us your order number for us to check if the order is valid for exchange.

Any orders sent without sending an email first backed with a confirmation from us, would not be accepted for exchange or return in the form of a gift voucher.

Please send the jewelry in it's original packaging.

Once we receive our jewelry, our team will inspect if the jewelry is good condition while sent to us.

Please Note: It's on the team's discretion to decide if your order qualifies for an exchange or gift voucher depending upon the condition of the product. Customer cannot argue over this.

Once the exchange is approved by us, we will send you a confirmation email which will contain the return shipping address. Only after our confirmation email can you send the jewelry back to us (with shipping charges borne both way by the customer.)

Any jewelry sent before the confirmation email from us will not be accepted.
DAMAGES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on HER TREASURE website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
